Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are rumoured to attend the upcoming wedding of Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz.
David Beckham’s son Brooklyn is reportedly set to marry Nicola at a star-studded ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida on April 9.
Former Spice Girls singer Mel B revealed she will attend the wedding on ITV’s Lorraine at the start of the year.
However, it has also been claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could be joining the guests on Brooklyn’s special day.
In 2020, a source told The Sun the formerly royal couple would be “top of the pile” as they’re good pals with David and Victoria.
The insider said: “Brooklyn’s wedding will be one of the most star-studded weddings of all time thanks to his parents’ connections.
“Prince Harry and Meghan are top of the pile as David and Victoria are good friends with them and know their attendance would make the day even more special.
They added: “Their schedules are so hectic that David and Victoria want to get their invitations out as quickly as possible.”
Former footballer David once said Harry was “an amazing person” as he talked about his friendship with the royal.
He told ET Online: “We love him and he’s an amazing person – and that’s the most important thing – but I’m proud to see him growing up as an individual and being that person that every father wants to be,”
It comes after Harry received criticism for failing to attend the memorial service for Harry’s grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh.
The service took place on Tuesday (March 29) at Westminster Abbey in London, and it was attended by 1,800 people.
The event was organised as Covid restrictions mean his funeral, which was held almost a year ago, could only allow 30 guests.
Attendees included Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Charles and Camilla, and Prince Andrew.
Prince Harry’s next public engagement will come at the Invictus Games taking place in the Netherlands in two week’s time.
Brooklyn and Nicola went Instagram official in January 2020.
