Peter Andre has revealed the “truth” behind his lengthy feud with Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher.
While the pair hadn’t seen eye-to-eye in the past, the Mysterious Girl hitmaker explained that their arguing days were now a thing of the past.
It was understood that 49-year-old reality TV star and the Manchester rocker had clashed after Peter previously aired that Liam had not been kind about him in a past interview from 2007.
While there had been unspoken tensions between the two musicians, years later they bumped into one another and had nothing but praise for each others parenting, explained Peter.
Speaking about the “bizarre” encounter in his column for New! magazine, Peter recalled Liam had “once said some harsh things” about him in an interview.

While the Australian-native hadn’t been impressed with the comments, he decided to to take “it on the chin” because Liam is notorious for saying things he doesn’t necessarily mean.
Years later the pair came face-to-face putting their woes behind them and even paid one another a compliment or two.
He commented: “A while later I bumped into him and he not only apologised, but praised me for being a great father and for my relationship with my kids.”

The pair had more in common that they first thought, with both having four children to father.
Peter wrote that he hadn’t “expect” an apology from the Wonderwall singer let alone a compliment, explaining that he was widely known for his “tough guy” persona.
He penned: “It was a bizarre encounter, but a good one.”
Daily Star has contacted Liam’s representatives for further comment.
Meanwhile over on Instagram, Peter re-shared an article that included his own words on the matter, adding: “This is true,” with a laughing emoji.

He penned alongside the article: “Although if you ask Liam now he may not want to show or remember that side of him. But true. I think it was at the Brits a few years ago.”
The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here star shares two children with his ex-wife Katie Price – Junior, 16 and Princess, 14, with the couple parting ways in 209.
He has since started a new life with wife Emily, with the pair dating in 2012 and later tying the knot in 2015.
They also have two children together Amelia, eight and Theo, five, together.
