Comedian Lee Mack looked different when he appeared on the latest episode of This Morning but he was as cheeky as ever.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were back on our screens on Tuesday (April 19) to present the ITV daytime show.
They welcomed Holly’s Freeze The Fear co-host Lee, 53, onto the show so they could discuss their new BBC series.
However, Lee kicked off the interview by pointing out he was wearing glasses.
The comic went on to reveal that it’s the first time he’d ever wore specs on television and that he’s waiting to undergo laser eye surgery, which requires him not to wear contact lenses for the time being.
Lee also added that Phillip had recommended laser surgery to him off-screen.
He later cheekily told Phillip “see you in court” if anything happened to him during the operation.
Phillip replied: “You won’t find me.”
Holly and Phillip have returned to This Morning after an Easter break.
The dynamic duo welcomed viewers to the ITV daytime show on Tuesday but fans didn’t seem too happy to see them.
Josie Gibson, Alison Hammond, Dermot O’Leary and Vernon Kay have all stepped in to replace Phillip and Holly over half term.
It appears that the famous foursome struck a chord with viewers and some have taken to Twitter for them to come back.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “I haven’t missed them.”
Another added: “Wish it was Vernon and Josie today.”
A third person posted: “Let’s just say it… We want Josie back!”
While a fourth social media user said: “Have to agree with so many that both Phil and Holly are ‘tired’ and the show needs fresh energy. It’s been great fun with the fill-ins.”
Alison and Dermot confirmed Holly and Phillip would be returning during Monday’s (April 18) show.

At the end of the programme, Alison told viewers: “Holly and Phil are back tomorrow. Donal [Skehan] joins us in the kitchen with his garlic and rosemary chicken.”
Holly and Lee host an invigorating celebrity challenge BBC series inspired by online sensation Wim Hof.
Holly is a huge believer in Wim’s methods. He believes extreme-cold treatments can transform lives, helping people with issues including depression and stress.
