Gogglebox’s Julie Malone has penned a sweet tribute to her hubby Tom Sr on his birthday, thanking him for pushing her out of her “comfort zone”.
The TV star shared a snap of her other half in a cap as she wished him many happy returns.
She revealed she had Tom to thank for keeping her life exciting.
“Happy birthday to My Tom,” Julie wrote alongside the picture.
“Thanks for all you do for us all. For pushing me out of my comfort zone abseiling, zip lining, I flying, life is certainly never dull.”
“Have a great day xx,” she added.
Fans of the Malones – who have been armchair critics on the Channel 4 show for eight years – were moved by the sweet post and flocked to the comments section to wish Tom a happy birthday.

Another wrote: “Happy birthday Tom Sr hope you have a great birthday, hope Julie spoils you.”

It wasn’t the first time that Julie has spoken out about how she feels about Tom.
Earlier this year she marked Valentine’s Day with an adorable Instagram post about how he was her “rock”.

“30+ years and he’s still my Valentine, my rock, my pain in the butt xx,” she quipped alongside a selfie of the loved-up pair.
“Thanks for all you do for us Tom xx.”
The Malones, who live in Manchester, have featured on the hit TV show since 2014 alongside their kids, including Tom Jr, who works as a freelance model and street dance choreographer.
A member of a professional dance crew, he has even performed alongside The Black Eyed Peas, Rita Ora and Wiley.
Tom Jr and Shaun also share two other siblings, Lee and Vanessa.
Gogglebox airs Fridays from 9pm on Channel 4.
