Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have cashed in when it comes to their 30-year on-screen career.
Britain’s Got Talent exploded back on screens just weeks ago – including the favoured line up of judges – David Walliams, Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden and of course the beloved Newcastle duo as hosts.
With much hype around the popular ITV talent scout programme making a long awaited return after being cancelled due to Covid-19 – Daily Star are investigating the impressive salaries of Ant and Dec.
The Geordie double act have been seriously rushed-off their feet this year with 18th series return of Saturday Night Takeaway and the launch of their brand new game show Limitless Win.
Additionally, if rumours are true the twosome are preparing for to host I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’s All Stars series later on in the years from Down Under.
According to reports it is believed the normal programme will also take place separately in it’s new Welsh home – Gwrch Castle.
With so many iconic TV shows firmly under their belts and with Ant and Dec still hugely in demand with ITV fans, it’s safe to say this had been reflected nicely in their pay packets.
It is believed that the pair who began their journey to fame on Byker grove in 1990 have an estimated net worth of around £62million each – although Ant has since been through a very costly divorce.
In October 2020, Ant’s company Teecourt was dissolved, leaving the star with a hefty £20million sum reportedly in his bank account.
However, he had to pay ex-wife Lisa Armstrong a hefty sum with their divorce settlement believed to be one of the biggest celebrity payouts in UK history.
According to The Sun, Ant and Dec reached a three year deal with ITV in 2021 for their participation with shows such as Ant Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity, Saturday Night Takeaway and Ant And Dec’s DNA Journey.
The same publication also estimated that the huge deal could be estimated to fetch a whopping £50million .
When broken down into monthly payments, this could mean that each star could end up with a combined £3.3million a month from the TV broadcaster alone.
In 2019, Ant and Dec signed a £30million agreement with ITV which is said to have ran out.
At the time they said: “We are absolutely delighted to be extending our relationship with ITV, to continue on the three shows we love as well as exploring further opportunities both in front of and behind the camera.”
