Ferne McCann has opened up about her new romance with Dubai businessman Lorri Haines.
On Monday’s programme (May 2), the former TOWIE star appeared on ITV’s Lorraine to chat about the new series of her show First Time Mum.
Ferne chatted to Christine Lampard, who was standing in for host Lorraine Kelly, and revealed the ins and out of her new relationship.
The 31-year-old star said: “I’ve been in past relationships and they haven’t wanted to be involved but this time I said it was non-negotiable.
“So, it feels really different this series and I’m really excited for viewers to tune in.”
She continued: “He’s moved in and you see that development on the show and I can’t believe it.
“Sunday is always going to be my main priority and it has always been me and her and I wanted to make sure everything was dealt with sensitively and she was happy and you do see that on the show and see the two form a lovely relationship.”
She continued: “The distance at first with him being in Dubai actually helped, but I met him when I was with Sunday so it happened so organically with their relationship. So far, so good.”
As the new series of First Time Mum draws close, Christine highlighted how relatable her story can be to her viewers.
Ferne added: “This is what I love about the show it’s always been from a single parent’s perspective. How does that evolve? How do we grow as a family? How do we manage that?”
“With me, I’m always so honest, I wear my heart on my sleeve and that’s exactly how I am this series.”
She added: “I think that’s what people can really relate to, he’s now come into our lives and how do we make that work as a family.
“I can’t hide, you see and feel every emotion. I’ve tried to be more private but being so open, the audience and really relate to it.”
She also revealed how fans of the show often think they know her in real life due to the nature of the show.
The reality star also added how she loves getting fan messages on how the show has helped them through their own journies.
