“Suffs,” written by Shaina Taub, covers the final years of the fight for the 19th Amendment, which passed in 1920.

As the lights dimmed, the cast, costumed as jeering men, filed onstage for “Watch Out for the Suffragette!,” a vaudeville-style number inspired by real anti-suffrage songs.
