The Chase's Darragh Ennis drives ITV quiz show fans wild with half naked video

The Chase fans have gone wild for Chaser Darragh Ennis after he took to Instagram to share a half naked video of himself.

Darragh – AKA The Menace – enjoyed a day in his garden, in which he had placed a large white swimming pool filled to the brim with water.

The brainiac was topless and wore a pair of black swimming trunks as he spoke to his 12,300 followers.

He addressed the camera and said: “Right, time for some cold water swimming,” before he turned around to dive into the deep pool.

He gasped with shock as he made contact with the water and fans were loving his antics.

One wrote in the comments: “I’ll dry you off,” while another said: “Wow, you’re so brave.”

ITV’s The Chase is gearing up to welcome a new Chaser onto the show and Darragh Ennis has opened up about his thoughts on his new co-star.

Darragh is a regular egghead on the show along with Chasers Mark Labbett, Anne Hegerty, Shaun Wallace, Paul Sinha and Jenny Ryan.

Issa Schultz, who is from Australia, is preparing to take over Anne’s position on ITV’s spin-off show Beat The Chasers as she is forced to sit the series out due to a Covid-19 diagnosis.

The series sees contestants attempt to beat multiple Chasers in hopes of winning a cash prize, and Issa is the newest cast member the guests may have to face.

Darragh, who joined the show back in 2020, said that he was “having breakfast” when Issa arrived in the UK and confirmed that the newbie has “jumped right into” his quizzing role.

Ennis also added that his co-stars have “no worries” about him joining their crew as “he’s one of the best quizzers in the world”.

Issa has spoken out to Anne, who he is replacing on the ITV prime time show, and has bragged that he is “replacing” the 63-year-old.

He told The Sun that he “got a last minute call to step into the Governess’ cold and chilly shoes”.

Issa said that he thinks the “show must go on” and that he would be “foolish not to do it”.
