BGT fans divided as Tom Ball and Eva Abley make final and Keiichi Iwasaki sent home

Britain’s Got Talent acts Tom Ball and Eva Abley have made it through the grand final.

Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams were all on hand to offer their advice as eight new acts took to the stage on Wednesday (June 1) night for the third semi-final.

Dan gushed as Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly urged him to talk about his win, clearly overjoyed about the achievement.

Tom won by viewer votes and Eva was voted for by David, Alesha and Amanda as she went up against Keiichi Iwasaki.

However, some viewers didn’t agree with the final verdict and thought that Keiichi should have been given a chance.

Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the final and seemed divided as they posted.

One wrote: “Not impressed with tonight’s results but it’s the way it goes.”

Another said: “Never forget the power of a sympathy vote […] Keeiichi should have gotten the vote!”

Britain’s Got Talent has been slammed by fans in recent days who have deemed the show the “worst series ever”.

Fans of the ITV talent show have been left disappointed by this year’s contestants and think that she show is full of “sympathy acts”.

The judges loved Eva’s performance

Viewers often share their thoughts on Twitter and have voiced their opinions on the series loud and clear, with one unimpressed fan saying that they “stopped watching the show a long time ago” due to the fact that “everyone has a sob story”.

Another said there was “no talent to be seen” whilst one irritated fan simply said it has been “very boring”.

A firm fan favourite in recent weeks has been Ben Nickless, an impressionist who won the hearts of the judges and the nation.

Tom is a firm fan favourite with the viewers

Many thought that he was the best act on the lineup and assumed he was going to win and viewers went wild for him.

A fan gushed on Twitter that he “deserved everything” because they could see that “he really wants it” and made them “cry with laughter”.

He was clearly a big hit as another branded him the “best act” and a “brilliant comedian and impersonator” which made them wish for him to “get in the final”.
