ITV Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden had always been an open book when it comes to talking about her sex life with her husband Chris Hughes.
The pair married in 2008 and share daughters Hollie and Lexi together, and despite their lengthy romance of over a decade, the passion has far from gone from their marriage as Amanda has shared a number of insights into their steamy sex life.
From talking about their passionate romps in the shower to how she lost her virginity as a teenager, Amanda has never shied away from dropping bombshells about her raunchy antics.
Sex in the shower

Amanda left her Heart FM co-star Jamie Theakston shocked as she discussed her romps with her husband Chris on air.
The pair were discussing the way Brits have their showers when Amanda dropped the steamy bombshell.
She said: “When I first get in, I might go, ‘oh yes here it comes’, but then I think I turn around…”
Jamie asked: “So, you’re facing towards the shower to begin with?”
Amanda then blurted out: “But only for sex…like…”
Jamie replied: “That’s another discussion for another day!”
Realising her slip-up, Amanda quickly said: “For seconds! I said seconds!”
Jamie replied: “What you do in the shower is your own business, I just want to know whether you’re facing the shower or you’re facing the… or whether you’re…”
Amanda then cheekily quipped: “My husband is going to be like ‘she blinking doesn’t’!”
Losing her virginity

Amanda once opened up about the moment she lost her virginity, telling Keith Lemon on his show Shopping with Keith Lemon that she “wanted to get it out of the way”.
She opened up about the big moment to the comedian during a booze cruise over to Calais, leaving him stunned.
Amanda said: “I was 16. I remember after going to the Crown Inn and telling all my friends as I was the last one…
“And then I never did it again. I kind of wanted to get it out of the way.”

Amanda also admitted that she and Chris keep a “magic box” of sex toys to keep their sex life fresh.
The pair have been very open about their sex life in the past, and Amanda made no exception with revelation as she interviewed Penelope Wilton over her role in Brief Encounters.
Penelope said: “Quite apart from anything else, it wasn’t just the money, it was that women suddenly were able to have fun.”
Amanda replied: “Exactly, and I think I can say that we all know what we’re talking about.
“It’s early morning and there are children at home but everyone’s got a magic box in their house, somewhere! Full of everything…”
Cooking naked

The BGT star also admitted that her family are “used to” her walking around the house naked.
Amanda revealed that one day she got out of the shower and realised she was running late to prepare a meal.
It seems Amanda runs around the house without any clothes often, as she said her husband and two daughters didn’t bat an eyelid.
She told You magazine: “I was quite literally the Naked Chef. I got out of the shower, realised I was running late to get everything on the table so I didn’t bother to get dressed.
“I just raced downstairs, got the potatoes on, the meat in the oven and my veggie option. It definitely made it more interesting.”
Amanda continued: “It’s absolutely par for the course for me to be walking around with no clothes on in our house.”
‘Primal’ sex life

Amanda once revealed that her husband Chris “couldn’t keep his hands off her” after 13 years of marriage.
The pair certainly seem to have kept the spark alive, with Amanda saying: “He can’t keep his hands off me. I actually tell him off because I say, “I don’t want to have a kiss and a grope while I’m trying to load the dishwasher”.’
“Chrispy’s up for it any time. Always. So it’s when I decide. Poor chap.”
She also revealed that Chris once dared her to bounce naked on a trampoline, cheekily saying: “I would encourage anyone at home to strip off and have a cheeky bounce.”
