Blac Chyna is 'ready' to face ex Rob Kardashian as ‘revenge porn’ case re-starts

Blac Chyna is ready to face her ex-beau Rob Kardashian in a revenge porn court case.

The model and media personality recently butted heads with the family after she lost her defamation case against the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Chyna had accused the family of intentionally interfering with her and Rob’s contract with E! network after their show didn’t get renewed for a second series.

Despite the loss, she’s now heading back to court in a new trial against her former partner Rob after she accused him of sharing explicit images of her online in 2017 after their split.

An insider told Page Six that Chyna wants to settle but Rob has made things “impossible”.

The source said: “He continues to offer very little for what he has put her through.”

Addressing the claims made this week by Rob and his legal team, they revealed that Chyna had backed out of a pre-discussed settlement that was proposed to the model in May.

It’s been reported that Chyna was willing to drop the revenge porn claims against Rob if he helped her with another unrelated lawsuit filed against her by Pilot Jones.

However, by Rob discussing this ongoing settlement, he’s violated California law.

In a previous statement, Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani said: “Under California law, settlement discussions are confidential. Rob Kardashian has violated California law by revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions.”

In 2017, the mum-of-two filed a restraining order against Rob, who is also the father of her five-year-old daughter Dream.

That same year, he was banned from Instagram for posting multiple nude images and videos of Chyna on social media.

Following his account being suspended, Rob also shared the explicit images on his Twitter account.

Speaking about the upcoming revenge porn trial, a source said: “She is ready to face Rob in court and just wants to get past this nightmare.”

The model broke down in tears back in April in court as she recalled the revenge porn incident while she was cross-examined.

A tearful Chyna said: “My pictures were blasted to the entire world. Rob posted nudes of me on the internet. So I’m just supposed to allow Rob post this on the internet … that’s OK, right?”

At the time, her lawyer Lisa Bloom said: “Revenge porn is a crime, almost always designed to humiliate a woman.”

Although Rob is still banned from his personal Instagram account, there is a verified page called robkardashianofficial that currently has over 2million followers.
