Love Island star Gemma Owen was left red-faced when she was the only girl not picked to go on a date with the new boys.
During tonight’s episode (June 15) of the hit ITV2 show, things got slightly awkward when bombshells Jay Younger and Remi Lambert were given the chance to choose three girls each to go on a date with.
Jay, 28, chose Amber to cook his starter, Ekin-Su to cook his main and Tasha to make the dessert.
While Remi, 22, Remi chose Indiyah to make his starter, Paige to cook his main and twice-picked Ekin-Su to deliver his dessert.

This meant that Gemma, 19, was the only girl not chosen to make a meal for either boy, something which Andrew picked up on.
Speaking to her on the balcony, he said: “Gemma, you’re the only girl? Luca’s going to be buzzing.”
Gemma stated in the beach hut: “I wasn’t surprised that they didn’t choose me to go on the dates because I haven’t had a conversation with any of them so far.”

Immediately, fans took to Twitter to share their views on Gemma not being picked, with many suggesting her ego may have taken a hit.
“I know Gemma’s ego just took a huge hit not getting picked and I’m living for it. For once everything isn’t revolving around her,” one user wrote.
Another penned: “None of the new guys picked Gemma???? This must be a big blow to her ego. Whew!!! It’s not a Gemma Island after all.”

“I’m beyond happy that Gemma finally got the ego trim she deserved,” a user exclaimed.
Viewers also took to Twitter and were fuming over the fact Gemma blamed Luca for her not getting picked.
“Gemma blaming Luca because she’s not center of attention looool,” one wrote.
Another fumed: “NOT GEMMA BEING PRESSED SHE WASNT PICKED AND BLAMING LUCA FOR IT PFFFF.”
“Gemma can’t comprehend that she wasn’t picked so is blaming Luca oop,” quipped a third.
