Carol Kirkwood complained her co-star Sally Nugent has ‘stolen her thunder’ during one of her live TV reports.
The BBC Breakfast star is famed for presenting the weather every morning, but Monday (June 27) saw the weather expert ditch the studio for Wimbledon in West London.
It was to mark the start of the Wimbledon tennis championship, which is set to run from Monday until Sunday July 10 with the likes of Andy Murray and Emma Raducanu competing.

It meant Carol was able to present her weather reports live from Wimbledon in a pleasant change of scenery from her usual studio background.
However, it seemed she had a bone to pick with her co-star Sally Nugent, who hosted Breakfast from the studio with Jon Kay.
It came after sports reporter John Watson, who joined Carol in Wimbledon, told Carol that Sally had mentioned there being a chance of rain later in the day.
But viewers will know that any news relating to weather normally comes under Carol’s domain, so she called Sally out on TV.
John and Carol appeared live from Centre Court, the main court at Wimbledon.
John said: “Sally did mention there is the chance of an odd shower later. Carol is with us on Centre Court this morning. Carol, how are those showers shaping up?”
A grinning Carol replied: “Sally has completely stolen my thunder, this morning, because she’s absolutely right. There is a chance of some showers.”

Later in her report, Sally admitted she was envious of Carol’s trip to Wimbledon – calling it “Wimbledon envy.”
At the start of the show, Sally had hailed Monday as an “important day” for their sport and weather teams who ventured to the Wimbledon courts.
Carol joined BBC News as a weather presenter back in April 1998, where she has gone on to work across tons of BBC shows including BBC News, BBC Breakfast, BBC World News and BBC News at Six.
