Cheryl stuns in eye-catching top in rare appearance with Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts

Cheryl left little to the imagination as she stepped out at the Fantastically Great Women Who Changed The World press night, wearing a plunging top.

The Girls Aloud songstress, 38, was joined by her bandmate Nicola Roberts, 36, just weeks after they confirmed the band would be reuniting to celebrate the life of their late pal, Sarah Harding.

Cheryl had previously taken a step back from public life but certainly dazzled onlookers as she graced the red carpet at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.

The mum-of-one slipped into a rather plunging black t-shirt with a polo neck for the star-studded event as she covered up her chest tattoo between her cleavage.

She paired her black top with a pair of black and navy tartan trousers while adding height to her 5ft2 frame with a pair of killer black heeled shoes.

The Let You songstress styled her glossy brunette locks into loose natural waves, cascading over her shoulder and down before resting on her chest.

In the makeup department, the Geordie-native kept it lowkey with a more natural glow as she donned a touch of lipgloss on her plump pout while rocking a classic smokey eye around her peepers.

Meanwhile, Nicola appeared to get the black top memo as she stepped out wearing a sleeveless black top paired with a pair of striped white trousers.

The Disco Blisters and A Comedown singer also opted for a more natural look, with her red locks straightened to perfection as they blew in the east London wind.

With a touch of blusher on her rosy cheeks, Nicola went for a dark lipstick as she smiled for onlookers and posed for selfies with fans.

Their outing comes after Girls Aloud confirmed they would be getting back together for a string of events to pay tribute to their late bandmate, Sarah Harding, who died in September 2021 aged 39 following a battle with breast cancer.

Cheryl said: “Around this time last year when Sarah was really sick, we were desperately trying to find a way to help and comfort her.

“You feel so helpless at times like that, one of the only things she really wanted was a gala dinner.

“While that’s underway and we are doing that, we felt like we could be doing more. We’ve decided to do Race for Life for Sarah at Hyde Park on 24th July.

“I know so many of you want to support her and we’d really love it if you could join us. Walk with us for five miles, but also don’t worry if you can’t join us, people are doing it virtually too.

“I hope to see you there.”

Meanwhile, Kimberley Walsh confirmed the group will not be reuniting on stage any time soon.
