Paddy McGuinness has sparked confusion after seemingly having his heart tattoo tribute to wife Christine removed.
The 48-year-old Top Gear presenter was seemingly spotted without the inking on Instagram yesterday (June 28), as he appeared in a video with chef Chris Baber.
Paddy got the inking to make up for previously losing his wedding ring twice.

In the recent upload with Chris, the dad-of-three showed off a bare-looking finger whilst holding up a can towards the camera.
However, as the video is in selfie mode, it is unclear whether the clip has been flipped – meaning the tattoo could still be on Paddy’s left hand.
Speaking about his romantic tattoo, Christine once said: “My wonderful husband Paddy McGuinness lost his wedding ring… again… on our family holiday about two months ago.
“He still hasn’t replaced it but today he is forgiven because he’s wearing a T-shirt with my picture on. #Over12years #StillStrong #HeHasItTattooedAnyway!”
It comes after Christine, 34, recently jetted off on holiday to Croatia without her beloved husband.
Instead, the model enjoyed the sun-kissed break alongside a group of friends, including former footballer Chelcee Grimes, 30.
Sharing a selection of photos from the trip on Instagram, she said: “I followed my heart and it led me to Croatia.
“Memories for life, I’m feeling very lucky, so blessed. I’ve laughed sooo much, relaxed and switched off like never before!
“I definitely won’t be leaving it another 3 years before I catch my next flight #GirlsTrip #WhereToNext #HomeTime #Croatia #Split #Krka.”
Meanwhile, Christine is set to front her own documentary on the BBC.
Earlier today, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star announced the news of the upcoming project – Christine McGuinness: The Secret World of Autistic Women and Girls.
The one-hour special is set to bring awareness to autism in women and young girls.
Just like her three young children, Christine lives with autism after being diagnosed last year.
Sharing the news of her upcoming documentary on Instagram, she wrote: “I am so excited to announce that I am filming a new documentary with @bbc Christine McGuinness: The Secret World of Autistic Women and Girls.
“My diagnosis was such a positive thing personally and a huge relief. Finally I understand myself and my own identity so much more now.
“I am aware that I ‘mask’ a lot, I try to fit in, I copy others and this is something I really want people to understand as this behaviour is often found in autistic people but more so women and girls.”
⠀
Christine continued: “The hour-long BBC documentary will unravel the untold story of how autism in women and girls has been ignored and misunderstood by science and society – often seen as something mostly affecting men.
“I believe that my younger life could have been very different if I had been better understood during my school years. Roughly 1% of the UK population, or an estimated 700,000 people, are diagnosed as autistic, which means your brain works in a different way to other people’s and can impact how you interact with the world.”⠀
“Thank you all so much for the love and support you have shown me and my family so far. I’m so excited and grateful for this opportunity,” she concluded.
Christine previously opened up on the condition alongside Paddy on their BBC One documentary, Paddy And Christine McGuinness: Our Family And Autism.
The couple share three autistic children – twins Leo and Penelope, eight, as well as youngest daughter Felicity, six.
Daily Star has contacted Paddy and Christine’s representatives for comment on this story.
