EastEnders legend Anita Dobson says she has given up on Albert Square.
The actress, who played Angie Watts, no longer watches the soap.
Anita, 73, said: “I haven’t seen EastEnders for quite a long time.
“I don’t watch TV much. I don’t have time – I’m too busy. I don’t move in the world of soaps anymore.”

Anita is among millions of viewers who have switched off EastEnders in recent years.
Ratings for the BBC soap hit an all-time low last month when just 1.38million fans watched on June 27.
That is less than 5% of the viewing figures the show got when Anita was starring in it, inset.
More than 30million Brits watched her character Angie get handed divorce papers in a showdown during the Christmas special in 1986.
The scene is so famous that Angie is still asked about it by fans. She said: “I’m hugely proud of it. If you do one thing in your life that you can be proud of, then you should be very grateful.”
All soaps have suffered a drop in viewing figures in recent years.
And both Neighbours and Holby City have been axed for good.
But Angie is confident EastEnders can survive for a while, despite the recent slump.
She said: “They know the formula.
“I’m sure they know what they’re doing. They’ve lasted this long. I think they will be all right.”
Since leaving EastEnders in 1988, Anita has starred on a string of hit shows including Call The Midwife, New Tricks and The Long Call.
Last week she won the Lifetime Achievement gong at the National Film Awards.
EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC.
