Fist Dates returns on tonight (July 21) for a brand new series, with host Fred Sirieix back at the helm hoping to ignite some passion between his guests.
The series returns to our screens for the 18th time (not including First Dates Hotel) as we hope to watch sparks fly and awkward antics between the show’s new contestants.
The First Dates restaurant moved to Manchester last year, so we’ll have to wait and see where our future couples will meet this season.
Some romances have really blossomed and a few couples who started on the show have even gone on to have children.
But what about our hot Frenchman? Has Fred Sirieix ever had kids of his own?
Does Fred Sirieix have children?

Yes. Fred has two children: Lucien, 12, and Andrea, 17, who is a British Olympic athlete.
Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix is a professional diver and competed in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics – she was GB’s youngest diver on the team.
The 50-year-old Frenchman has shown an incredible amount of support for his daughter, posting photos and videos on social media of Andrea in competitions.
Did Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix win an Olympic medal?
No. However, Andrea, who was 16 at the time, did manage to pull off a good result and finished seventh overall.
Although she did not win a medal, Andrea did win BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year in 2020, having bagged gold at both the British Championships and FINA Grand Prix Women’s Platform.
In winning the award, the daughter of the First Dates maitre d’ followed in the footsteps of some of GB’s biggest sporting stars. Wayne Rooney, Andy Murray and Ellie Simmonds have all received the same title.
Speaking to Alex Scott on the night, Andrea said: “It’s wonderful to think those legends have won it and I’m following in their footsteps. I’m so excited, and so happy.”
Spendolini-Sirieix admits to watching First Dates “from time to time” and finding it “quite funny”. But she does not see her dad as a celebrity, and said: “He’s just my dad.”

Fred has recently become engaged, but not to the mother of his children.
Fred keeps his private life, well… private and we only know his wife-to-be is called Fruitcake, as that’s how he announced the news on his Instagram.
She’s been by his side in the recent series of Celebrity Gogglebox and the pair are set to get married later in 2022.
