Lorraine Kelly confirms lengthy break from show days after return from Covid

Lorraine viewers were shocked when they discovered popular host Lorraine Kelly has taken a lengthy break from the show just days after her return from suffering from Covid.

Fans tuning in to Friday’s (July 22) instalment of the popular ITV Daytime offering found themselves disappointed as they learned that Lorraine wouldn’t be fronting the show, and wouldn’t be back anytime soon either.

Stepping into her shoes Ranvir Singh confirmed the absence would span over a number of weeks as she opened the show.

Another added: “OMG did I hear the shouting nonstop cackling Ranvir woman say she is covering Lorraine for three weeks. Jesus wept, Vine it is then!”

A third posted: “If Lorraine Kelly isn’t hosting Lorraine, it’s not Lorraine, is it?”
