Gogglebox’s Rylan Clark has shot down any recent speculation about his relationship status.
The television personality, 33, has until now kept his personal and private life out of the spotlight.
But after hearing what he’d described as “fabricated stories”, the Radio 2 broadcaster felt the need to speak out and took to his Instagram account on Friday 29 July.

Rylan was pictured kissing Declan Doyle on a night out last month – with the EOTB star openly talking about their romance on GB News.
Bringing speculation to an end, Rylan denied that he was romantically involved with anyone and went on to add that he had “no intention” of being in a relationship.
In a statement he told fans: “I tried to ignore it but this isn’t ok.
“For the past few weeks there’s been stories regarding my ‘relationship’.
“I’ve stayed out of it, ignored it, but this is ridiculous. I’m not in a relationship, haven’t been for over a year and have no intention to.
He added: “I’m looking after myself for a change and it’s staying that way. Hopefully this clears any fabricated stories up the past few weeks and to whoever is ‘selling’ them……”
A comment from his PR agency, also read: “In light of recent made up stories, we, nor Rylan wish to comment on his private life.
“However on this occasion we feel we need to. There is absolutely no truth to this story or the many others stories that have run about this apparent ‘relationship’ in the past few weeks.
“Rylan is single and lives on his own. Any reports to the contrary are completely fabricated, @carverpr_.”
Speaking on GB News earlier this month, Declan addressed photographs of him kissing Rylan on a night out.
He told host Mark Dolan: “We’re just dating, it’s been a few dates – we really get on.”
Declan also claimed that he and Rylan had met some time ago “at an event” before joking that he was more famous than the TV watching star.
Daily Star has contacted representatives for both Rylan and Declan for further comment.
Rylan split from his husband of five years Dan Neal, in June last year.
At the time of their separation, Rylan blamed “mistakes” on his part had caused their marriage to breakdown.
A source told Mail Online: “Rylan loved being a step-dad and was wonderful but it just couldn’t fill the gap he felt for wanting his own children.”
