Love Island's Amy Day reveals secret villa sex room as she shares where cast 'do it'

Love Island’s Amy Day has revealed that there is another sex spot on the show that fans don’t know about.

The reality TV beauty chatted exclusively to the Daily Star during a Facebook Live chat with showbiz reporter Carly Hacon earlier this week.

Asked about the show’s biggest behind-the-scenes secrets, she revealed that alongside the main villa hideaway there were also other hotspots for the contestants to get it on if they were ever in the mood.

However, it seems they have to ask producers for permission before engaging in the saucy bedroom antics.

Amy said: “So, do you know what’s really funny, there was actually a door in Casa Amor that says ‘hideaway’ by the way, it was the same Casa Amor as last year.

Amy chatted exclusively to the Daily Star about sex spots in the villa

“There was a door right by the front door on the left and it said ‘hideaway’.

She continued: “No one used it but they have it there just in case for whatever reason two people need to like disappear and let off some steam.

“But no, in Casa Amor, you go on the day beds and there is a little wooden hammock around the back that’s normally where it would happen.

“There were loads of little spaces to do it.”

Host Carly then interrupted and said: “To ‘do it’? Or to have a little smooch?”

Amy revealed there was a second secret hideaway

“A little smooch, darling, we’ve got it to keep it PG now remember,” she joked before adding “but I think the door was always locked.”

Carly then added: “So, you’ve got to ask permission, you’re already on camera, then you have to ask the producers for permission, I’m guessing that kind of ruins the moment?”

She laughed: “It does, it really does, it’s like trying to find a condom, do you know what I mean? Just that awkward moment that no one wants.”

Amy also discussed the lack of sex scenes this year and blamed ITV’s choice to cut the X-rated elements on the public who complain to Ofcom.

The actress said: “Sex sells, who doesn’t love a sex scene? But the majority of the population who sent in complaints are the reason ITV had to cut the scenes, this train has no steam anymore.”

But Amy seems to think they should bring them back and lets the Islanders live a little.

She added: “I’m never going to say no to more steam ever and it’s also the one or two glasses of alcohol rule – let the party people drink!”
