The Inbetweeners star Joe Thomas has been dating one of his co-stars from the show for more than 10 years.
Everyone remembers Simon, Will, Jay and Neil – the four awkward teenagers that provide viewers with a lot of laughs 14 years ago in The Inbetweeners.
The comedy foursome could make us laugh until we cried or massively cringe throughout the episodes.
A particularly cringe worthy aspect was the love life of the boys – especially the lovable Simon.

In the last series it seemed as though fan favourite Simon had finally found love when he settled into a relationship with stunner Tara.
Simon spent “as much time as was humanly possible munching his girlfriend’s face off” before she proposed a trip to Warwick to have some “lovely sex together”.
However it wasn’t meant to be, after an awkward exchange involving Simon angrily slapping his flaccid penis and then exposing himself to a room full of people.
Tara told him to never contact her again.
Even though the relationship didn’t work out for the two characters, it seems as though the actors had pretty good chemistry.
Joe Thomas and Hannah Tointon, who played the characters, are celebrating 12 years together this year.
According to the Metro, the pair moved in together a couple of years after The Inbetweeners ended in 2010.
The love birds then got engaged in 2017, seven years after starring alongside each other in the show.
While they’ve remained fairly private about their relationship, Joe once mentioned his romance with Tointon in a 2018 interview on Lorraine.
At the time, the couple had partnered up for a film called The Festival.
In the film Joe starred as Nick, who was dumped by Hannah’s character at his university graduation and then headed to a music festival with his friends in an attempt to move on.
When Christine Bleakley asked Joe if the two of them were able to “switch off” from talking about work when they got home, the Inbetweeners star said: “I guess I do try and switch off when I get home, yeah.
“Doing comedy all day, sometimes you just want to be calm and chilled.”
The star was also caught gushing about his relationship to Cosmopolitan.
He said: “There’s a lot of embarrassment involved… if you’ve got a chance of humour, you can sift around those bits.
“You have to accept. If you are a man, you’re a bit of a fool, and a sense of humour is a way of taking responsibility for your own awkwardness and patheticness.”
Since leaving the show, Joe has gone on to star in Fresh Meat and White gold.
While Hannah’s TV credits include Midsummer Murders and Mr Selfridge.
