Helen Skelton has let her hair down as she shared a sweet “Sunday funday” post.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, separated from her partner Richie Myler in April.
Helen and Richie had been married for eight years prior to their split, with the couple also sharing three children.

Rugby star Richie, 32, has since moved on with his new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, with the pair recently enjoying a getaway break together.
Posting to Instagram on Sunday, Helen put her split behind her as she enjoyed a day of work and pleasure.
The former Blue Peter star began the day presenting live sports coverage for Channel 4.
Helen looked chic in a cropped white peplum top and matching white pants as she shared images from filming to Instagram.
Wearing her long blonde hair in its signature loose waves, Helen completed her look with strappy brown sandals.
She later joined a friend for lunch, with the pair snuggling up for a cosy snap.
Helen looked chic in the same white outfit she had worn earlier in the day, while her friend posed in a blazer.
The Sports Relief star later re-posted the adorable black-and-white image to her own Instagram stories alongside the caption: “Sunday funday.”
Her social media update followed Helen enjoying a more chaotic time with her two young sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five at Ninja Warrior UK on Saturday.
The trio attended filming for the ITV show, with Helen sharing adorable BTS footage of her sons talking to a member of production.
She captioned the post: “Thank you @benshepherdofficial @chris_kammy @rochellehumes.”
Helen and Richie also share a baby daughter, Elsie.
Confirming their split to Instagram, Helen previously wrote: “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home.
“We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
