Camilla Parker-Bowles 'had help to stop public fury' but didn't mind negative attention

Camilla Parker Bowles received “help” before she married The Prince of Wales.

After a highly publicised romance, The Duchess of Cornwall eventually married Prince Charles in a civil ceremony at Windsor Guildhall in April of 2005.

But in an exclusive interview with The Daily Star, her biographer and royal insider Angela Levin claims Her Royal Highness received some sort of assistance, due to her prior negative reputation and perception with the British Public.

Angela explained: “I know there was help before she married Prince Charles, because people hated her so much.”

The author has penned the upcoming book, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall: From Outcast to Future Queen Consort.

And Angela claims that despite the previous connotations the future Queen Consort had due to her involvement in the breakdown of Prince Charles’ first marriage to Princess Diana, Duchess Camilla doesn’t necessarily mind the negative attention, as long as people have seen her first.

The biographer claims: “She wants people to see her and then to make their own mind up and she doesn’t mind if they perhaps don’t like her.”

And Angela also revealed the Duchess’ pure devotion to her husband and why she has chosen specific charities to work on, that fit perfectly within the wider Royal Family, especially with her husband’s work.

The author added: “She loves Prince Charles. She respects him.

“She has chosen the charities that don’t tread on his shoes, that he won’t feel that she has tried to push him out the way, she accepts him for who he is.”
