Strictly’s new batch of stars will be dancing the “paws-o doble”.
The celebrities were all given secret dog codenames when they were booked for the BBC series.
Bosses went to great lengths to try and keep their names a secret before they were announced.

And they came up with a canine code theme and based breeds on the stars’ character or things they knew about them.
EastEnders actor James Bye was Great Dane because he is 6ft 2inches tall.
X Factor singer Fleur East was Husky as she has a husky voice.

Ex Corrie star Kym Marsh was code-named Dalmatian because her favourite Disney film is 101 Dalmatians.
Arsenal legend Tony Adams was called Greyhound – probably because he is skinny and lanky.
Loose Women’s Kaye Adams was Scottish Terrier because she is from Scotland.
And Bros star Matt Goss was American Bulldog as he lives in the States.
Paralympian Ellie Simmonds was Golden Retriever due to her friendly and playful nature.

And quite naturally DJ Tyler West was a Westie.
The rest of the cast and their codenames were actor Will Mellor (Jack Russell), radio and TV presenter Richie Anderson (Chow Chow), comic Jayde Adams (Chihuahua), comedy actress Ellie Taylor/Whippet), wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin (Cocker Spaniel), BGT singer Molly Rainford (Poodle) and TV presenter Helen Skelton (Beagle).
One famous face not taking part this year in Nessa Jenkins from Gavin and Stacey after fan confusion online.

BBC Three played a prank on social media jokingly confirming that the Welsh truck driver would be taking to the dancefloor this year.
A message was later shared on the BBC Three account admitting the announcement had been a prank, not least because Nessa is a fictional character.
Unsurprisingly, a number of Strictly fans rushed to their keyboards to reply to the post.

While some guessed it was a joke, others shared their excited after being duped by the fake announcement.
The channel later replied to its original tweet, tagging the official Strictly Come Dancing account as they wrote: “Sorry @bbcpress and @bbcstrictly our hand slipped.”
Some disappointed fans went on to share their hopes that Nessa star Ruth will take part one day.
One fan replied: “Cruel. Very cruel.”
Another said: “So funny. Hopefully Ruth will sign up next year.”
The new series of Strictly starts next month on BBC One
