A Place in the Sun fans were left fuming and blasted a guest for making complaints at every house viewing.
Cash buyers Lee and Louise travelled to Villamartin, southern Spain’s Costa Blanca, to look for a three-bed villa with the help of presenter Leah Charles-King.
With a budget of £212,000, they are adamant to get a private pool in the property, which has to be within a 20-minute reach to the beach and amenities.

After a brief chat at the beach, Leah had a good feeling that they are “an easy-going couple” but it later proved to be a tough search throughout the journey.

Louise was not happy about the first property with a “dungeon-like” basement so Leah showed them a second one with an improved look.
“What do you think of this lounge-dining room area?” she asked the couple.
Louise looked around and nodded her head: “Nice, it seems to go on forever.”
When she looked at the furniture, she pointed out: “The only apprehension I have is you said it’s three bedrooms, so it’s at least six people.

“There’s only really, in the current set-up, seating for four. I know you may not be sitting in here all the time, six of you, but there’s not enough seating area.”
As they walked outside the property to the pool, she made a remark: “Yeah… not a lot of space around the outside.
“I think when I first came into the property, I wasn’t too keen on all the greenery, but I think it actually makes it. It makes it very secluded, very private.”
For the third property, they told Leah that they wanted to be closer to the beach but still stick within the budget.

So Leah took them to a gated community and they stopped by a swimming pool
“So welcome, this is a communal pool that is shared with 27 other properties,” Leah introduced.
Louise raised her eyebrows and said: “27 for this one pool?
“It’s not big enough, I think it’s too small for the amount of properties, I can also see there’s a lot of bins over there, so it looks like we’re opposite a tip.”

Viewers said Louise for being rude and even said she “needed a reality check”.
“Stop nit-picking! She moans about everything,” one fan asked and a second said: “Louise is actually sulking, why are they so bloody aggressive to poor Leah?”
“I think Leah needs a round of applause for putting up with these two,” a third added.
