Hayley made history when she became the first plus-size model to appear on the cover of Playboy Magazine in Germany.
The model looked incredible as she posed for the cover completely naked, flaunting her killer curves for the racy snap.
Speaking about the cover shoot, she told The Times: “I thought: I’m 28 years old. I have my own rights over my body and I know how I like to celebrate it.
“Size inclusivity is so important for women who may look at Playboy as a magazine that represents an idealistic beauty standard.
“It represents what is desirable and celebrated. So for me to be able to say, ‘That also includes all different body shapes and sizes,’ was an incredible opportunity.”

Hayley turned heads earlier this year after she walked the runway for beachwear brand Capshe as part of Miami Swim Week in Florida.
The star sizzled in a gorgeous black sheer sarong and bikini combo, with the sarong tied at the waist to create a seriously sexy thigh high split.
The outfit was completed with a chic up-do hairstyle and smoky eye make-up, giving us all serious summer vibes in the jaw-dropping look.
Bedroom lingerie
Hayley turned up the heat with a bedroom snap in 2020 that sent fans wild.
The star posed in a silk night dress, complete with lace trimming, for the sultry lingerie snap – with the model’s cleavage on show in the eye-popping look.
Fans went wild for the sexy snap as the flocked to the comments section, with one saying: “BURNING UP MY TIMELINE,” while a second said: “You are fantastic.”
A third added: “Beautiful and sexy.”
Holiday vibes
Both on and off the runway, Hayley delights with her sexy looks – including a seriously hot holiday snap in 2018.
The model wore a plunging black swimsuit top, giving a cheeky flash of skin in the process as she soaked up the sun.
Paired with orange striped trousers, the outfit was cinched at the waist to highlight Hayley’s stunning hourglass figure – with the model pouting as she looked off to the distance in the sizzling snap.

Hayley joined fellow plus-size models at a protest to promote body positivity in 2018 – with the star flaunting her stunning figure in the process.
The blonde bombshell looked radiant as she arrived in a lace lingerie bodysuit, paired with a gorgeous matching black silk night gown.
With her beautiful locks flowing past her shoulders, Hayley and her fellow models looked beautiful as they held up signs with statements including “Love your curves,” and “Curves shouldn’t mean compromise,” – and we couldn’t agree more.
