Fans of BBC series Strictly Come Dancing are in uproar after the names of the new celebrity pairing were leaked just days ahead of the show’s launch.
A gossip website dedicated to show has published the ‘confirmed’ pairings of celebrities and professional dancers, leaving many fans feeling angered at the leak as excitement builds for the launch.
Fans took to the internet to blast the leak, with many claiming it “ruins” the fun of the show for so many viewers.

One fan said: “The Strictly pairings this year are so unexpected. Maybe they’re wrong but they shouldn’t be leaking that’s no fun!!”
“How about you don’t tell who they are and ruin it for the rest of us,” blasted another.
“Cmon with the #Strictly pairings leak some of us like to wait till the day of,” added a third.
The line-up of celebs confirmed to take part this year include TV and radio presenter Helen Skelton, EastEnders’ Martin Fowler actor James Bye, Singer and presenter Fleur East and Arsenal footy star Tony Adams.
Loose Women’s Kaye Adams, who is also confirmed in the line-up, suffered a rather strange injury whilst training having only just entered rehearsals for the BBC One dancing show, which returns to screens with its twentieth series on September 17.
The ITV star took to Instagram to reveal her blunder alongside a snap of her hand, which looked very sore.
Kaye said: “First Strictly injury,” before telling fans it was “from over enthusiastic clapping!!!”
The presenter also said she’d been finding it hard to nod off after her first Strictly rehearsals as it was disrupting her nightly ‘routine’.
She quipped: “Struggled to sleep last night after the first day of Strictly rehearsals. Tried to count sheep but couldn’t get past 5, 6, 7, 8.”
Other stars joining the line-up are Singer and actress Molly Rainford, Comedian and actor Ellie Taylor, Matt Goss, lead singer of 80s boy band Bros and TV presenter, radio host and DJ Tyler West.
Paralympic swimming champion Ellie Simmonds has announced also she’s delighted to be the first contestant with dwarfism to take part in the show.
“I’m so excited, I just want to enjoy every second and try out the sequins and costumes.
“I’ll be the first dwarf doing this show and I just want to show how positive it is – being different is okay,” she told the BBC.
Strictly Come Dancing returns September 17 on BBC One and BBCiPlayer.
