Tom Hardy is a modern-day sex symbol and there’s no mystery as to why.
The British actor has won over legions of fans with his hunky roles in film and TV shows including The Dark Knight Rises, Inception and Taboo.
He is also happily married.

Gay sex

Tom sent news media into a tailspin when he confirmed he had “experimented” with gay sex as a young man.
Asked whether he had slept with other men at a press conference for his Legend role playing homosexual criminal Ronnie Kray, he said: “Of course I have.
“I’m an actor for f***’s sake.
“I’ve played with everything and everyone. I love the form and the physicality, but now… it doesn’t do it for me.”

Insisting he was “done experimenting”, Tom later deemed the question “inelegant and humiliating” and slammed the reporter for asking him in a public setting.
Of the incident, Tom told Entertainment Weekly: “That really, really annoyed me.
“It was just the inelegance of being asked in a room full of people … Now I’m happy to have a conversation, a discussion, at a reasonable time about anything.
“I’m confident in my own sexuality, and I’m also confident in my own being and talking about any issue you want to talk about it but there is a time and a place for that.”
‘Dad flab’

While Tom is considered one of Hollywood’s sexiest stars, he has previously denied being a sex symbol.
Speaking ahead of his 40th birthday in 2017, the Mad Max: Fury Road star actively disagreed with claims he was sexy and proceeded to list off a number of his supposed flaws.
He told The Mail on Sunday: “I have pencil arms, nurse a healthy layer of dad flab, crooked teeth and bow legs.
“I’ll just take the compliment and say thank you.”

Tom has been married to his wife Charlotte Riley since 2014.
The couple met on the set of a 2009 Wuthering Heights adaptation and immediately hit it off.
Having starred alongside each other previously, the actors also appeared together in hit BBC drama Peaky Blinders and speaking shortly after their marriage, Charlotte praised Tom’s efforts in the bedroom.
She previously told The Herald: “He’s great around the house.
“We do designated things. I love recycling. He’s good at making the bed. It works brilliantly.”
