Love Island winner Liam Reardon has opened up about his “very-hard” break-up from Millie Court.
It was announced in July that Millie, 26, and Liam, 23, had split up, with the news coming just short of a year after the pair had won the ITV2 reality show together.
As he reflected on his break-up, the handsome Welsh reality star confessed it’s been “difficult” adjusting to single life as he also addressed “cheating rumours.”

During a recent Instagram Q&A, Liam opened up to his followers about how life has been since his unexpected split.
He shared a throwback photo of him smiling at a festival and said: “A lot of you asked this [how I’ve been coping]. I’m doing good thank you to all that asked.”
He added: “It’s been a difficult few months, with moving from my home in Essex to moving back to Wales and now back living back in Essex on my own.
“Break-ups can be very hard and being in the public eye just make it that extra bit more difficult to deal with, especially when you have rumours etc coming out and people judging your character off something which isn’t true.

“But I’ve been down, and when you’re down, you can either stay down or do what you can to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move forward. And that’s what I’m doing.”
He finished off telling his followers: “I just want to say love to all you guys who follow and support me, especially over these past few months it means the world.”
They confirmed the break-up with separate statements on Instagram, in which both parties said they were “gutted” but didn’t provide any details on the cause of the split.
Millie responded during the interview by discussing the speculation that he had cheated on her: “It’s not true.”
She said: “It’s not the case. Nothing happened for us to [break up]. No one cheated.”
Millie further explained the end of their romance: “It just was a decision that we made because it wasn’t right for us. I want to stick up for Liam and have his back. He’s not a bad guy.”
