Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has given her co-star Kaye Adams a racy tip for her strictly performances.
Kaye took to the stage on Saturday for her debut and appeared to chat about her dance on Monday’s (26 September) episode of Loose Women.
Coleen told Kaye that she needs to “believe she is sexy” as Kaye began to tell the ladies how Strictly has “taken her out of her comfort zone.”

Kaye said: “I know people say out of my comfort zone very lightly but boy you know me.
“I was so far out of my comfort zone it was unbelievable!”

Coleen said: “The thing is Kaye you looked fantastic.
“What a figure and what legs you’ve got.”
She continued: “Can I just say that you were so good and you’re always putting yourself down and I know you don’t think you’re sexy.
“But you really are and I want you to believe it”
Kaye performed the Tango to Abba’s Voulez-Vous and scored a 6 from strict judge Craig Revel Horwood who gave the pair his highest score of the night so far.

Her Loose Women co-stars Nadia were spotted cheering on their friend from the sidelines.
On Saturday Kaye told viewers that she had been struggling in training and that she was going to have to bring out an “alter ego” for her Strictly performances.
Following the routine Kaye felt the need to apologise as she was sure she had made a few mistakes.
She said: “I mucked up lots of the steps, I’m so sorry. This man has worked so hard and has been so patient.”
However, partner Kai was quick to play it down and praise her for her efforts. He said: “The times we have got tough in training and you have dusted it off, you’re a trooper in training… It’s only a minor mistake!”

Fans took to Twitter to comment on Kaye and her Alter ego.
One wrote: “Oh god an alter ego, sign of desperation.”
Another added: “Oh my gosh I feel for Kaye. Nerves took over. She looked lovely. I certainly couldn’t do it.”
A third said: “Kaye & Kai. Okay this is hard not to be bias… she looked so nervous but kai was such a gentleman leading her round and supporting her every step! Shame about the mistakes but so many positives still!”
A fourth social media user Tweeted: “Kaye was better than I thought pleasantly surprised, well done to her as she’s not a performer like many of the others.”
