RHOCH's Katie Alex 'changed best friend's life' with vagina rejuvenation

Katie Alex admits her decision to appear on The Real Housewives of Cheshire was to hopefully break the taboo surrounding vagina talk and women’s health, having already changed her pals life.

The blonde bombshell, 32, turned heads when she joined the cast of the ITVBe show during season 15 and left her fellow housewives speechless when she revealed what she does for a living.

Mum-of-one Katie is just one of few Ultra Femme 360 practitioners in the UK, a device which is used to restore vaginal tightness as well as incontinence.

While some women are happy to discuss their intimate areas, Katie explains that there is still a taboo around vagina talk.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, the former nurse said of her decision to join the show: “That’s the aim [to break the taboo], that’s my hope.

“That’s one of the reasons for doing the show.”

Katie met her best friend, Ashley Stobart through work, admitting that she “changed her life” after she visited Katie as a patient.

She went on to discuss: “It’s like its sexualised, yeah your vagina is a sexual part of your body, yeah you do have intercourse, but also it’s part of your womanhood.

“It’s part of your human body, there’s no need to be ashamed to talk about it.

“I think especially when I was the health visitor going back six, seven years ago now, when I saw ladies who were struggling with all these problems, that only the only treatment available at the time was Kegel physiotherapy, pelvic floor exercises or very invasive surgery.”

Katie continued: “A lot of people really don’t want to go down that route because it’s risky, it’s not guaranteed, you’ve got the downtime, the discomfort, the pain.

“What I offer is a non-surgical, I’d say it’s non-invasive, but you have to put an instrument inside the vagina for the internal tightening but it’s not surgical.

“There’s no pain, no downtime, it’s based on radiofrequency and it can cure your stress incontinence.

“It tightens your vaginal canal, I’m so passionate about this treatment, I’ve been trained in all sorts of aesthetic treatments, but I don’t entertain any of them anymore, I will not offer them.

“My passion is vaginal rejuvenation because it treats ladies who’ve got sexual problems, aesthetic problems and also the medical side of things.”
