Strictly Come Dancing star HRVY has high hopes for him and his ex-Emmerdale actress girlfriend Mimi Slinger.
The singer, 23, who was a runner-up in the 2020 BBC dancing show competition chatted exclusively to the Daily Star about his thoughts on the new series.
During a Facebook Live, HRVY opened up about how he met his actress girlfriend Mimi, 19, who played Leanna Cavanagh in the ITV soap before she was killed off by serial killer Meena.

HRVY said: “We actually met on a red carpet a year ago at the NTAs – she was stood in front of me and I was like ‘woah, she’s fit and she looks lovely’.

“We ended up chatting that night actually and it went from there and we have the NTAs coming up again in a few weeks’ time and we’ll turn up together.”
He continued: “She’s doing loads of self-tapes for Netflix and Amazon at the moment and she does her modelling thing as well, so she doing her thing.”
When asked if they were “couple goals”, HRVY responded: “I don’t know about couple goals but one day we could be like Angelina and Brad Pitt. Oh no, they broke up, didn’t they? Or Posh and Becks one day maybe.”

The star then went on to reveal his secret link to the Beckham family
He explained: “I know Romeo, yeah he’s a really cool guy and really lovely.”
When asked if he had seen Victoria’s hilarious ‘sticky stuff’ video, HRVY replied: “Oh, I did see that actually – I did actually see that. listen, when you’ve got an iconic mum and dad they can do anything to embarrass you actually that’s probably a lie but I’ve not heard from him since then to know.”

The singer has been focused on his singing and has recently released his new single which is the first written and released solely by himself, titled I Wish I Could Hate You.
He also recently teamed up with EDM DJ Steve Aoki for their track Save Me.
Talking about the DJ, HRVY said: “He did invite me to Ibiza at one point, to one of his big EDM dance shows and I wanted him to cake me in the face. He is so smart and knowledgeable about life and you could get drunk with him in the kitchen at 3am and just talk about the world.”
