Amanda Holden left fans amazed after she exercised in a suit and sky high heels in preparation for her 3 Peaks Challenge.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge took to her Instagram story to share some videos of her office antics while she presented the Heart Radio show.
A short clip showed her on an exercise machine wearing a white blouse with a matching blazer and skintight skirt.

She showed off her toned figure as she pulled off the impressive feat while wearing stiletto heels.
Holden styled her blonde locks in a loose blow dry and eagerly moved her legs up and down on the apparatus along to Susan Boyle’s Climb Every Mountain.
After the video she shared a picture of herself posing against a table in the Heart Radio office.
She pouted for the camera and leaned back with both arms as she pulled one leg up to her hips.
Amanda wore a full face of glowy makeup and the youthful star stunned her 1.8 million Instagram followers with her striking beauty.
She followed the snap with another video of herself on the exercise machine, but this time she brought reinforcements with her.
The Heart Radio presenter was faced with a leaf blower filled with white paper as she attempted to work out and added the Pirates Of The Caribbean theme tune over the top.
Over the top of the clip she told fans that it might be a “taste of what is to come” before she added a caption.
She wrote: “Blue Peter style special effects this morning. In readiness for my Three Peaks Challenge [for] Global’s Make Some Noise. Link in bio, shoes [are] model’s own,” before she signed off with a laughing emoji.
Dame Kelly Holmes commented: “Um, wow, that would be a challenge. Three peaks in heels.”
One follower told Holden that she is “fit as a fiddle” while another simply told her that she was “killing it”.
An amused fan also wrote: “Loving the heels, it wouldn’t be Amanda Holden without heels. Good luck Amanda,” with a celebratory hands emoji.
The Three Peaks sees participants attempt to climb the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales within a mere 24 hours, often done for charity.
