Geordie Shore reunion will see 'loose ends tied up' as feuds come to light

It wouldn’t be Geordie Shore without a side of drama, but the Reunion Series will see all loose ends tied up.

The former castmates will all be placed together for one big bash as previous feuds come to light and the stars are able to address their differences many years on.

For some it’s been over five years since they last partied with a fellow Geordie, and for others they still have a regular appearance on the popular MTV show.

Charlotte Crosby, Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei have teased that fans will feel happy with the reunion series as all the stars get together after years apart.

Speaking to Daily Star, Holly confessed that the new series was “definitely tamer” in comparison to their previous on-air antics.

She said: “It was more endearing in so many different ways. On Geordie Shore yes, we went out and got drunk, yes people slept with each other but that was very surface level. There was a lot of deep s**t that got resolved.”

Charlotte added: “Everything you loved Geordie Shore for, which was more than seeing us drunk in clubs, the personality, the stories, the development, it all got tied up.

“Everything you love got finalised. Which made it even better, you don’t need to be mortal drunk to sort out differences between people or to have a realisation. It was all very adult.”

Sophie explained that one key thing which made the series work so well is that outside life could be addressed – but it couldn’t previously on the show.

She said it made things better and more interesting for the cast – and fans will get to see more of the outside life on the reunion series.

One feud that will be coming to light is likely to be between the original girls and ex star Chantelle Connelly who famously fell out with them after she left the show.

Marnie has opened up on the fact that the duo had a row in a shopping centre in Newcastle but haven’t seen each other since.

Chantelle confirmed her appearance in the Geordie Shore reunion – but will everyone end on nice terms?

Geordie Shore: The Reunion returns Tuesdays at 10pm on MTV and Paramount+.
