T.J. Miller has revealed he had a “weird” moment he had with Ryan Reynolds that made him decide he wouldn’t work with the actor ever again.
The Deadpool actor explained he wouldn’t be returning to the third instalment of the film during an appearance on The Adam Carolla Show podcast as he shared the details of their odd encounter.
T.J. and Ryan filmed a scene together for Deadpool but Ryan’s choice of wording when speaking to Miller, 41, didn’t go down too well.

“Would I work with him again? No,” he told Adam.
Adam went on to share in detail what happened which left him speechless.
He continued: “We had a really weird moment on Deadpool where he said, ‘Let’s do one more take’, and then, as the character, he was, like, horrifically mean to me, but to me.
“As if I’m Weasel, he was like, ‘You know what’s great about you, Weasel? You’re not the star, but you do just enough exposition that it’s funny and then we can leave and get back to the real movie.”
T.J. went on to claim that “other people can confirm” what happened between him and Ryan on the day in question.
The star who made his debut in the 2008 hit film Cloverfield went on to explain: “He did that and it was weird, and it didn’t bother me, but I just kind of listened, and thought it was weird, and then I got off stage because they were like, ‘Cut…?’
“Everybody was like, ‘What the f**k is he doing?’ So that was not a great experience for me.”
“I sorta wish him well, because he’s so good at Deadpool, and I think it’s weird that he hates me.”
Despite T.J. explaining he won’t be returning to the franchise, Ryan will instead be joined by his Hollywood pal, Hugh Jackman who is famous for his role in Wolverine.
Sharing the news on social media, Ryan said: “Hard keeping my mouth sewn shut about this one,” after Deadpool’s mouth was famously sewn up in the 2009 film Wolverine: Originals.
He said: “We’re extremely sad to have missed D23 but we’ve been working hard on the next Deadpool film for a good long while now.
“I’ve had to really search my world on this one, his first appearance in the MCU obviously needs to feel special.”
Hugh’s character and Wolverine and Ryan’s Deadpool have only appeared on screen together just once.
