The Voice coach Olly Murs has spoken out about his mental health and how he split from his fiancée when he was “all over the place”.
After quitting drinking and going on a diet and training plan designed by his fiancée Amelia Tank, Olly is now in the best shape he has ever been.
But it hasn’t always been this way for the former X Factor heartthrob, and now he has opened up to The Sunday Mirror’s Notebook magazine.

In 2019 Olly met bodybuilder and fitness model Amelia, 30, at the gym 2019, with the stunning star supporting Olly through his darkest moments.
“I knew after six months of being with Amelia, genuinely, this is it.”
But at the time he thought it was “too soon” and that she would “run a mile”.
His close pal Caroline Flack then passed away in 2020, which coincided with the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
“It was a f**ked-up time,” he confessed, adding: “Amelia saw me at my worst, at my lowest, proper bad.”
Seeing him at his worst, Amelia has stuck by Olly through everything from his knee injury to the loss of his close pal.
But in the beginning, it wasn’t all plain sailing for the couple, and even though he was besotted and thought she was “a right sort”, their first few dates were “pretty crap”.
“I was very wishy-washy, very noncommittal. I was all over the place,” he admitted to the magazine.
He then revealed that he broke it off soon after, but rekindled things in the summer.
“I had an epiphany. I was like, ‘What am I doing, she’s f**king perfect, she’s the one for me. Stop being an idiot!’”
Later on, in his interview, he revealed that the couple are in their own “happy little bubble” with their dog Missy and that he wants to “savour” every moment.
