Alongside a snap of the couple holding their baby girl, she penned: “7th October, the day our lives completely changed.
“Introducing you all to our precious girl, Beau Emily Aveling, we are completely besotted, she is perfect in every single way.
“To my Adam, I didn’t think I could love you even more but seeing you with our daughter completely fills my heart.
“Just want to say a massive thank you to Doncaster hospital, for going above and beyond to reassure me and to the amazing lady who stayed after her shift had finished to deliver our girl.
“Welcome to the world our darling Beau”
The new parents have been inundated with messages from their celebrity pals and co-stars.
Nikita Jasmine, who appeared on the 2021 series alongside Adam and Tayah, said: “Congratulations!”
2022 series star April Banbury penned: “Congratulations to you both. She’s beautiful.”
While Gogglebox star Lisa Baggs wrote: “How wonderful ! She is just perfect ! Huge congrats to you both.”
Adam and Tayah said they are incredibly excited about becoming parents earlier this year.
“We’re so excited,” Tayah told OK! Magazine.
“And the thing is we weren’t even trying! It just happened. I can’t believe it. We’re obviously just very fertile.”
Opening up about the moment she found out, Tayah said she could tell after just four weeks that she was expecting.
After she did a test and showed it to her partner, Adam said he was shocked as he added: “I didn’t want to overreact in case I was reading it wrong, so I wanted to double check!”
During her time on MAFS, Tayah opened up about suffering a miscarriage, with the reality star saying she is feeling nervous.
“You have an anxious feeling when you find out you’re pregnant again after a miscarriage and you’re going through those emotions,” she told the magazine.
While on the show, Adam and Tayah’s wedding wasn’t legally binding and the pair had planned to tie the knot later this year.
