Late actress Dame Angela Lansbury once gave tips on sex and femininity while naked in a hot tub.

The 96-year-old star, who sadly passed away on Tuesday (October 11), gave viewers advice on how women can keep the romance alive in their relationship even when they reach an older age.

In a resurfaced video clip that was uploaded to YouTube, Angela could be seen sitting on the side of a bathtub wearing a white dressing gown.

She then went on to discuss ways in which you can take a bath and make it “special”.

In the next scene, the Murder, She Wrote star took a sensual bubble bath while flashing her legs and feet to the camera.

In the voice over the actress said: “I think femininity and sexuality go hand in hand.

“It used to be thought women lose interest in sex after menopause but now we know that just isn’t true.

“Obviously both you and your partner are different from what you were 30 years ago but if you can accept the inevitable, physical and other changes, you can keep romance in your life.”

As she massaged her skin and relaxed in the warm waters, Angela continued: “I believe it’s important for a woman to try and maintain a sense of mystery about herself and I think that can continue till any age.

“It’s so easy to give up and get lazy. It’s worth it to continue to present yourself as a woman of loveliness and dignity.

“A woman who feels good and knows she’s looking her best, she’ll continue to attract attention as a feminine, sexual person.

“The right type of attention doesn’t have to stop unless you want it to,” she added.

Dame Angela was a three-time Oscar nominee had a career spanning eight decades, across film, theatre and television.

The star became well known for her roles in Murder, She Wrote and Beauty and the Beast.

Having been born in 1925, she was also one of the last surviving stars of the Golden Age of Hollywood cinema.

On Tuesday, Angela’s family confirmed that she had died peacefully in her sleep. She was five days away from turning 97.

In a statement, the family said: “The children of Dame Angela Lansbury are sad to announce that their mother died peacefully in her sleep at home in Los Angeles.”
