Afterwards, Jon turned to him and said: “You must have incredibly powerful and strong thighs?”

Looking a little embarrassed, Sheku answered: “Oh it’s not that very heavy.”

Sally scoffed and felt the awkwardness in the air and said: “Oh, I bet that’s a question you’ve never been asked before – we like to bring you the important stuff on BBC Breakfast.”

Sheku performed on Strictly alongside of Zak Abel on the show where Amy Dowden and Nikita Kuzmin danced to the track.

The professionals put on a breathtaking performance to Sheku’s track.

Sheku shared the news of his new music on his social media and posted a clip of him promoting his work.

Captioning the post, he said: “I’m really happy to tell you that my album ‘Song’ is now out.

“Music is always something I turn to when words aren’t enough, and I have loved putting together this collection of songs that mean so much to me.

“Many of these pieces have been carefully re-imagined for cello, some will be familiar and perhaps some will be new discoveries for you.

“It’s been a real joy to record these with close friends and family and I hope you love listening too.”

Singer-songwriter Zak Abel commented below: “So grateful to be a part of it my brother.”

One fan also wrote: “Love your work. Saw you at the Cheltenham music festival. Started learning Cello. You are an inspiration.”
