I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’s Nicola McLean has recalled a time she had to tear off a leech from her boob.
The 2008 series star revealed exclusively to the Daily Star how she felt when she found the blood-sucking creature.
Nicola, 41, said: “I once found a leech on my boob after a challenge that was disgusting. I had to like flick it off. It was funny though because they weren’t going to find any blood in there.”

The parasite attached itself to Nicola’s breast while she struggled to win a Celebrity Chest with campmate Joe Swash.

She almost gave up on the task when she spotted the horrid leech on her implants.
At the time she said: “It was disgusting, I couldn’t believe I had a dirty leech trying to suck blood from my boob.
“I don’t blame it, because it is a very nice boob to suck blood from.”
The former glamour model first shot to fame after Page 3 success and has always been open about the work she has done.

Though she says she is done now and doesn’t plan on getting anything else done – and is happy with her GG boobs.
Though they once did stop her from going an I’m A Celeb challenge as her boobs were too big for the harness.
Nicola told us: “There was something in there, I can’t remember exactly but I couldn’t do a trial because of my implants.

“There was something with a harness because we were worried they’d end up around the back, as implants can move, but yeah I can’t remember what it was but I wasn’t allowed to do something.
“Maybe it was laying on my front in the challenge that I couldn’t do, as they were in the way or something but they’re always in the way, to be honest.”

Nicola also revealed that she was snubbed from an earlier series as Myleene Klass was given her spot as the series’ bikini babe.
She explained: “I auditioned the year Myleene Klass got it and I didn’t get it. I thought that was it and then I got invited back to meet them again and I was thinking ‘for f*** sake’ and on the second time I knew I had it.

“I was a big Page 3 girl, it was annoying because Page 3 was a big deal then. A lot of people knew me but just people who would read the newspapers or men.
“Where Myleene definitely had more of a fan base because she won Pop Stars or whatever she did.”
