Ant McPartlin points out Matt Hancock's 'snake in shorts' as I'm A Celeb trial turns racy

Ant McPartlin didn’t waste time making a cheeky joke towards Matt Hancock during Monday’s instalment (November 14) of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.

The politician was voted once again by the general public to take on the latest Bushtucker trial, Deserted Down Under which saw him lowered into a coffin with the company of snakes.

As the 44-year-old attempted to find the keys and unlock the padlocks containing stars, he realised one of the serpents was making its way into an unwanted area.

He told Ant and Dec: “There’s a snake under my back so I do not want to sit down,” before he revealed: “Something’s going up my leg… It’s inside my shorts.”

Raising his eyebrows, Ant responded: “You’ve got a snake in your shorts, have you?,” before smiling to the camera.

The Tory MP was well in the zone however and didn’t respond to the cheeky comment, instead focused on getting as many meals for camp as he could.

With 30 snakes surrounding him in the confined space, the former Health Secretary managed to win seven stars in the time allocated to him.

Despite being voted by the public to do every trial since he entered the jungle, fans have since fumed that the MP is getting constant air time.

This prompted Ant to address the complaints during an Instagram Live which took place at the end of last night’s show, telling the audience they need to vote for other celebrities if they’re fed up of him doing all the trials.

He said: “If you want other people to do the trial, you’ve got to vote for them. If you want to see other people in the show you’ve got to vote for those other people.

And it seems the audience have listened to the presenter as the politician will not be facing tomorrow’s trial.

Instead it will be Chris Moyles, Babatunde Aleshe and Boy George leaving camp to win meals for their fellow campmates.
