Denise Richards and her husband Aaron Phypers are unharmed after being shot at during a “terrifying” road rage incident.
TMZ reports the former Real Housewives star, 51, was being driven by her partner to a day of filming on her forthcoming movie Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace at Popsicle Studio LA on Monday (November 14) when the event occurred.
It’s understood Aaron was having trouble locating a space outside the event venue rental space when the driver in a car behind them began shouting.

The driver then pulled up to their left and accused the couple of cutting him off.
Aaron is believed to have apologised to the man, who continued to yell at the couple and Aaron drove off.
It wasn’t until they later got out of their car that they discovered a bullet hole in the side of their truck, with Denise left “shaken up” by the incident.
A source told PEOPLE: “She was very shaken up and terrified, but she was a trooper and she went and filmed the whole day.
“She didn’t want to not show up to work.”
The shooter is believed to have been driving a gold and maroon van while Aaron drove the couple’s Ford F-150 Shelby pick-up truck.
No police report was filed following the incident though it has been confirmed that someone on the production team of Denise’s film contacted the authorities over the shocking incident.
The source added: “The guy had taken off by then, but when they realised the car was shot, they were really freaked out, and the production secured the scene.
“Even though they were upset, [Richards] decided to stay and film. Her role was just a one-day deal.
“The production company made her feel safe but they didn’t file a police report.
“They think now that people were after the car itself because it’s worth a lot of money.”
Despite the terrifying incident, Denise remained on-set for 12 hours of filming, with Aaron staying on the film’s set alongside his wife.
While the Wild Things star has yet to officially comment on the incident, her Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace co-star Korrina Rico later shared a photo of the actress on-set.
In an eerie coincidence, it’s believed a gun safety meeting was held for crew members the very same day.
