The I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! set is full of secrets kept hidden from even the most eagle-eyed of viewers.
One of those on-set secrets is that the iconic waterfall shower – which has seen stars like Myleene Klass and Helen Flanagan strip to bikinis underneath – is actually fake.
The shower features an off-switch and is turned off at certain hours to conserve water in the Australian jungle.

Powered by a pump, the waterfall shower allegedly uses freezing cold water, and can be switched off at will. In fact, there are no waterfalls in the area of Springbrook National Park where the celebrities are filming.
The shower is built above a man-made lagoon, surrounded by fake rocks made from papier-mache.
It is turned off between the hours of 3pm and 6pm.
The news comes as fans are begging for more sultry shower scenes, after spotting Hollyoaks hunk Owen Warner taking a dip.
Taking to Twitter, one fan begged: “Owen Warner in the shower is exactly what I need!”
Someone else echoed: “I will never tire of seeing Owen in the shower! That gorgeous boy’s body was made by gods.”
A third cheekily quipped alongside a strangling GIF: “Me to the I’m a Celeb producers begging them to show Owen f***ing Warner in the shower again and not Matt Hancock!!”
Another fan was keen to see A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas take more showers, as they penned: “Why does Scarlette always look like she off to Ocean Beach Ibiza when she goes for a shower? Love it!”
“We definitely need more Scarlette shower time. #ImACeleb,” someone else posted.

It comes after Corrie star Helen Flanagan confessed she “wasn’t prepared” for the reaction to her sultry scenes on the ITV reality show.
Speaking to Daily Star: “All I remember is, it was really really cold so I don’t think my shower scenes were stunning at all.
“Oh gosh, it was so long ago, blimey I was 22, I’m 32 now and it was all a bit of a blur really I wasn’t prepared at all.”
Helen also confirmed why she can’t return for the All Stars series, explaining: “No, I don’t think I’d be any good at that. No, I don’t think it’s for me. I think it would be too hard to leave the kids as well.”
