Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan worried his loyal legion of fans on Sunday after he revealed his daughter is “really unwell”.
Each weekend, the 44-year-old dancer usually shares his thoughts on the latest series of the BBC One dance competition by delighting his followers with his running commentary online.
But this week, the former pro dancer was unable to do so as he continued to look after his poorly toddler who was “poorly” over the weekend.

The doting dad – who shares his two-year-old daughter Ella with his wife Orla – shares to concerning news with his 248k fans online.
Taking to Twitter, the TV hunk explained: “Hi guys – thanks for all of the lovely messages about Ella. She’s still quite poorly but doing better.
“After 1 month of being ill she now has ear infection in both ears so been a tough few days. But she’s a Jordan and a fighter!”
Although the former dancers usually delight fans with their opinions of the show while it is on, the loved-up duo managed to find time to write their column for Hello magazine.
In their column, the parenting duo went on to share their thoughts from this week’s show where they explained why they think it is unfair that Kym Marsh was allowed to go straight through to the next round.
This week, the former Coronation Street star was exempt from participating in the ballroom competition after she caught Covid this week.
James said: “Essentially, it’s a competition. If you’re hoping to compete in the Olympics and it’s the first round of qualifiers but you’re ill and you can’t turn up, they you’re out of the competition and it’s as simple as that.”

Ola added: “We really do sympathise with Kym, it must feel so awful to have to miss out. But I do agree, I think it’s rather unfair she’s been allowed to continue this late in the competition.
“It means so much to the other dancer and one of them will be leaving this week when it could have been Kym to go.”
