I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fans were left fuming as the ITV spin-off Coming Out show was delayed due to the overrunning World Cup.
Scheduled to start at 9:15pm on December 1, viewers saw football coverage go on until around 9:22pm in a major ITV schedule shake-up.
With fans up in arms about the change and keen to see what happened to the celebs after footie ace Jill Scott was crowned Queen of the Jungle, the continuity announcer was forced to say: “Now on ITV1 – and slightly later than scheduled…” before discussing the show itself.

Taking to Twitter to air their fury, one viewer said: “Almost six minutes late starting!”

Another furiously typed: “Football runs late and @ITV have the nerve to still show bloody adverts. Get on with I’m A Celeb!”
“Do we really need people chatting about a game, that if you were a fan you would have watched, bring on #ImACeleb!” a third said.
As someone else said: “Stop with the football I beg #ImACeleb.”

A fifth fan fumed: “I’m sick of football delaying my programmes!”
With another posting: “Shut up about the football i want the reunion show #ImACeleb.”
In the show, fans saw the campmates booted out in record time, with Charlene White leaving first.
Sue went on to expose the secret sign she would send to her hubby back home while in the jungle – tapping her heart.

Fans also noticed Chris Moyles making a T sign with his hands during the live segments to signal back to his girlfriend Tiff, along with eventually drawing a T on the front of his hat.
Sue confessed that after days of being in the fancy hotel, she still hadn’t managed to go for a “number two”.
To combat her bowel problems, Sue tried out muesli and various fruits – to no avail.
Her campmates rallied round her as she shared her health issue with the cameras, though Ant and Dec couldn’t resist making a cheeky quip that Sue never shut up about her tummy in camp.
