She paired the look with black shoes and wore her long blonde hair in a middle parting as she pouted and posed for the selfie video.
Carlos stood close behind her wearing grey trousers, a white t-shirt, black dancing shoes and a black cardigan as he stuck his arm out by his side.
The Strictly stars were rehearsing in a bright, modern looking studio and Molly urged fans to guess what their dance will be.
She wrote: “Can you guess our dance this week? (Well, one of them),” with a dancing emoji.
Rainford opened up her DMs for fans to send in their suggestions before they continued on with their training session.
She also added a GIF sticker of herself and Carlos wearing matching glittery outfits as they stuck their legs out while they danced.
Molly’s dance partner was recently left feeling very emotional after he broke his own record and began sobbing on air.
Gu achieved his highest ever score after the pair performed a hugely successful Charleston which clearly won over the judges.
Molly and Carlos left with a whopping score of 38 after Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas both awarded them ten points each, while Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood came close behind with nine each.
