Love Island star rushed to intensive care unit after horror fall from balcony

Love Island star Ollie Williams has revealed he was rushed to intensive care after falling from a balcony in a horror accident.

Ollie is known for spending just four days in the ITV show’s first winter series in 2020, before quitting as he claimed he was in love with someone on the outside – however viewers had called for him to be removed after his trophy hunter past was discovered.

On Christmas Eve, former reality star Ollie shared a series of photos from hospital in which he could be seen looking battered and bruised in a wheelchair.

He finished the message by saying: “Be back soon, big love and Merry Christmas all.”

And another wrote: “Wishing you a speedy recovery!”

Ollie was one of the original islanders in the show’s first ever winter series.

Just days into his journey, the public discovered photos of him on big game hunts and were fuming, even putting pressure on ITV to remove him.

He eventually did drop out of the show, but said it was because he was in love with someone else in the real world.

Love Island has not done a winter series since then, however confirmed it would be back for a second round in January 2023.
