BBC's Naga Munchetty branded 'truly scrumptious' as she poses for sweaty gym snap

BBC Breakfast star Naga Munchetty has sent fans wild with a sweaty workout selfie.

The BBC presenter loves to stay active and clearly didn’t want to spend all of her Christmas on the sofa, so she headed out to the gym to get her sweat on.

Naga, 47, took to Instagram on Wednesday (December 28) to give fans a peek into her gruelling fitness regime – and her final gym visit of the year.

The beaming broadcaster had clearly put the work in during her final session as she was sporting a sweaty face after the intense session.

She announced it would be her last gym visit of the year and that she was aiming to get “fitter” and “healthier” in 2023.

Naga wrote: “Last gym visit for 2022. Aiming for a fitter, and hopefully healthier, 2023. Xx”

Fans rushed to the comments to compliment the host and wish her a great 2023.

One fan swooned: “A very sexy lady you are Naga !”

A second couldn’t help fawning over the star as they wrote: “Excellent workout looking beautiful,stunning,hot and utterly divine and totally scrumptious. Wishing you a happy and prosperous New year gorgeous.”

Another wrote: “Apologies for my shallowness when I say ‘there’s nothing better than a glistening Munchetty!’ wishing you all the best for 2023 :)”

A third penned: “May you achieve all your goals Naga, and continue to be the best News and Current affairs Journalists out there! All the very best for 2023!”

Naga recently appeared on a celebrity special of The Weakest Link with her co-host Charlie Stayt.

But she claimed Charlie “betrayed” her when he voted to send her home after an unsuccessful round of Naga’s.

Asked if things were awkward by host Romesh Ranganathan, Naga said: “Oh yes.”

Charlie claimed he picked her because she was the only other player to get a question wrong, but was then told Mr Motivator also got one wrong.

As she left the studio, Naga said: “Revenge is a dish best served cold.”

In an interview after filming, Naga hit back at Charlie when she said: “No one likes being voted off. If it’s fair, that’s fine.

“If it’s betrayal from people who you are supposed to think have your back, it’s a different matter.”
