Singing sensation and TV starlet Coleen Nolan has cleared up why the Loose Women panel didn’t congratulate Stacey Solomon on her pregnancy announcement this week on air.
Stacey, 33, who shot to fame on The X Factor in 2009, revealed on Wednesday (December 28) that she and husband Joe Swash are expecting their third child together.
Taking to Instagram, Stacey revealed the news with a sweet video and a caption which read: “So grateful and can not believe I’m saying this… Another little pickle is on the way…

“A HUGE surprise, but one that we are so thankful for. To the moon & back bub @realjoeswashy.”

Reacting to the news on Twitter, Stacey’s Loose Women co-star, Coleen Nolan said: “Another pickle already?! The Cottage is going to need an extension at this rate! But seriously, massive congratulations @StaceySolomon & @realjoeswash.”
She then added: “Couldn’t be happier for you both.”
But following backlash from fans who wondered why the Loose Women panel didn’t congratulate her on the show this week, Coleen set the record straight.
Taking to Twitter again, Coleen said: “PS, to everyone who has tweeted in wondering why it wasn’t mentioned on today’s @loosewomen it’s because the episodes between Christmas and New Year were pre-recorded.”

Adding: “No big secret, the pre-records were announced in the Christmas lineup!”
This comes as Stacey revealed that her and Joe’s new baby will be born next month.
Taking to social media she penned: “Coming soon… Much sooner than we thought.
“When we found out we still wanted to have that first few months you usually would to adjust and get excited and enjoy it to ourselves, but that didn’t leave us with very long left.

“So this time next month we will be getting ready to say hello to a whole new pickle. So grateful.”
Stacey and Joe are also mum and dad to Rex, who they welcomed in May 2019 and their daughter Rose, who was born Stacey’s 32nd birthday in October 2021.
However, the couple boast a blended family as Joe was already father to son Harry, 14, from his previous relationship with ex-fiancee Emma Sophocleous.
While Stacey has sons Zach, 14, and Leighton, 10, with former partners Dean Cox and Aaron Barnham.
