Love Island star Jack Fincham confessed he finds it hard to watch the hugely popular ITV show that launched his showbiz career.
The 31-year-old reality star stole the crown after he won the fourth series of the dating programme alongside his ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer, 26, back in 2018.
Since then, the hunk has gone on to tick off a number of things from his bucket list including acting, boxing and, most recently, star in a pantomime.

Despite being really busy with his new life in the public eye, the TV star confirmed that he will always have time to tune into Love Island.
On Saturday (January 14), the TV star strutted his stuff along catwalk for The Last Heist film premiere.
As he posed up a storm for photographers, Jack caught up with reporters as he promoted his new film.
Speaking to The Sun, the former pen salesman explained that he sometimes finds it difficult to watch the reality show after competing on the show five years ago.
He said: “It’s mad, it’s hard for me to watch… I know things are done. So I’m like, ‘I bet that took four hours’, like the challenges and stuff takes ages. But I love the show, I love it.”
The salesman-turned-actor went on to confirm that he would be watching the new series of the ITV dating show which is set to return to South Africa for the first time in two years.
Jack reassured fans: “Yeah, always man. I was a fan, a massive fan of it. I’ve always watched it.”
